摘  要:设计并制作了一款K及KU波段混频环。该混频环主要由主环电路、副环电路组成;主环功能为产生16~20 GHz、步进为100 MHz的本振信号;副环功能为产生14~17 GHz、步进为1 GHz的射频信号。副环通过梳谱倍频的方式产生,具有较低的相位噪声。测试结果表明,混频环的输出频率为16~20 GHz,步进频率为100 MHz,相位噪声为-111 dBc/Hz@1 kHz,杂散为-60 dBc。该混频环能够满足电子系统的低相位噪声与低杂散应用需求。A K-band and KU-band mixing ring is designed and fabricated.The mixing ring is mainly composed of a main ring circuit and a secondary ring circuit.The function of the main loop is to generate a local oscillator signal of 16 to 20 GHz with a step of 100 MHz;the function of the secondary loop is to generate radio frequency signals of 14 to 17 GHz in steps of 1 GHz.The secondary loop is generated by comb frequency doubling,which has low phase noise.The test results show that the output frequency of the mixing ring is 16 to 20 GHz,the step frequency is 100 MHz,the phase noise is-111 dBc/Hz@1 kHz,and the spur is-60 dBc.The mixing ring can meet the application requirements of low phase noise and low stray in electronic systems.
