摘　　要：近年来,互联网、大数据、区块链技术日新月异发展,融入经济社会发展的方方面面。网络推动农村经济社会的发展,但同时也带来社会危机,由于农村居民使用网络技能较差、网络安全意识不足,电信诈骗、网络传销、网络谣言等事件频频发生,不但造成村民的财产损失,也影响到农村社会稳定。为实现乡村振兴和建设和美乡村的美好愿景,迫切需要构建网络安全环境。该文从分析农村网络使用现状入手,寻求建设网络安全防范体系的有效路径,保障农村社会稳定发展。In recent years,the rapid development of Internet,big data and blockchain technology has been integrated into all aspects of economic and social development.The network promotes the economic and social development in rural areas,but at the same time,it also brings social crisis.Due to the poor use of network skills and lack of network security awareness of rural residents,telecommunication fraud,network pyramid schemes,network rumors and other incidents occur frequently,which not only causes property losses to the villagers,but also affects the social stability in rural areas.In order to realize the beautiful vision of rural revitalization and construction,there is an urgent need to build a network security environment.Starting with the analysis of the current situation of rural network use,this paper seeks an effective way to build a network security system to ensure the stable development of rural society.
