摘  要:探讨了新工科背景下金属材料工程专业创新型人才培养的改革方案。为了培养创新型人才,需要以实践能力培养和创新方法训练为主要抓手,通过理论强化、现场认知、模拟仿真、工程实践4个环节提升学生的工程实践能力,同时以TRIZ创新方法和6σ理论为基础,通过方法集成和创新应用培养学生的创新能力。通过研究与探索,形成一套适应新经济发展需求、多学科交叉融合的金属材料工程专业新课程体系,实现传统专业的改造升级,构建创新型人才培养新模式。In this paper,the ways to train the innovative talents for the major of metal material engineering is discussed based on the background of new engineering education.In order to train the innovative talents,the practical abilities can be fostered by some measures,such as the cognitive theory,the information simulation and engineering practice.Also,the innovative abilities can be trained by utilizing the TRIZ innovation method and 6σtheory.Through the research and exploration,a set of new training curriculum system that meets the development of new economic system and the integration of multi-disciplinary subjects is designed.Furthermore,the transformation and upgrading of traditional metal material major is speeded and a new mode for training innovative talents is formed.
