摘　　要：创业教育在我国高校发展如火如荼,但受“创业失败偏见”影响,创业教育更注重成功教育而忽视了失败教育的价值,从失败中学习对创业者来说越发困难。在厘清创业失败和创业失败教育关系的基础上,从创业失败教育的目标、课程、师资和创业环境等方面总结了发达国家高校创业失败教育的经验,并从创业教育目标、课程体系、师资队伍和创业环境等方面提出了对我国高校创业失败教育的启示。Although entrepreneurship education is gradually emerging and developing in full swing in China's colleges and universities,it is more and more difficult for entrepreneurs to learn from failure because of the influence of"entrepreneurial failure prejudice",which pays more attention to successful education and ignores the value of failure education.On the basis of clarifying entrepreneurship failure and entrepreneurship failure education,this paper summarizes the experience of entrepreneurship failure education in foreign universities from the aspects of the objectives,curriculum,teachers and social environment of entrepreneurship failure education,and provides reference for entrepreneurship failure education in Chinese universities from the aspects of the objectives,curriculum system,teaching staff and entrepreneurial environment.
