摘　　要：主要介绍了Unipol气相流化床聚丙烯的工艺L5D98膜料生产应用情况。生产结果显示,ADT5100作为L5D98生产的外给电子时反应器运行平稳,操作性能良好,产品指标控制稳定,氢调性增加,活性下降,粉料产品粒径与L5E89相近。通过对L5D98膜料生产过程进行研究,对于生产控制及产品优化具有很好的推广价值。This paper introduces the production and application of Unipol gas phase fluidized bed polypropylene process L5D98 film material.The production results showed that ADT5100 was used as the external electron feeder of L5D98,the reactor ran smoothly,the operation performance was good,the product index control was stable,the hydrogen conditioning was increased,the activity was decreased,and the particle size of the powder product was similar to that of L5E89.By studying the production process of L5D98 film material,it has good promotion value for production control and product optimization.
