摘 要:本文设计了一种有源频率选择表面(active frequency selective surface,AFSS),利用该AFSS组成7×7的阵列取代龙伯透镜反射器上的金属反射板,可以调控龙伯透镜反射器的雷达散射截面(radar cross section,RCS)。通过仿真验证AFSS处于透射状态时龙伯透镜反射器未增强RCS,而处于反射状态时,龙伯透镜反射器增强约20dB的RCS。另外,通过设计调节PIN二极管的通断主动切换AFSS的透射和反射状态。This article first designs an active frequency selective surface(AFSS)that can switch between transmission and reflection states,and then uses 7×7 array of this AFSS to replace the metal reflector on the Lumberg lens reflector,allowing for active regulation of the radar cross section(RCS)of the Lumberg lens reflector.After simulation and verification,it was found that at 115 GHz,AFSS was in a transmission state,and at this time,the Lumberg lens reflector could not enhance RCS.However,when AFSS was in a reflection state,the Lumberg lens reflector enhanced RCS by about 20 dB.In addition,a DC feed network was designed to actively adjust the on/off state of the PIN diode,thereby actively switching the transmission and reflection states of the AFSS.
