摘 要:某船闸混凝土体积大,安排在2018年高温季节浇筑,温度裂缝、干缩裂缝成为混凝土质量控制的关键问题。适应大型船闸闸室混凝土浇筑养护面复杂、不断上升的特点,提出上升顶面采取软塑料管联接喷头、侧面采取固定于模板底部喷管与软塑料管联接方式,运用智能控制技术确定某船闸闸室混凝土保湿养护参数,探讨整体保湿养护智能控制系统及其布置,取得了良好保湿养护和无表面裂缝效果,降低了劳动强度和节约人工费。The concrete of a ship lock has a large volume,and it is scheduled to be poured in the high temperature season in 2018.Temperature cracks and dry shrinkage cracks become the key problems of concrete quality control.In order to adapt to the complex and ris‐ing features of the concrete pouring and maintenance surface of the large ship lock chamber,proposes that the soft plastic pipe is used to connect the nozzle on the rising top surface,and the nozzle fixed on the bottom of the formwork is used to connect the soft plastic pipe on the side surface.The intelligent control technology is used to determine the concrete moisturizing and curing parameters of lock chamber of a ship lock,and the overall intelligent control system and its layout are discussed,which has achieved good moisturizing and curing ef‐fects without surface cracks,reduced labor intensity and saved labor costs.
