摘  要:广州是我国最早使用建筑玻璃幕墙的城市之一,早期建造的建筑玻璃幕墙已超过25年的设计使用年限,随着使用年限的增加,玻璃幕墙的质量问题也逐渐显现,其中隐框玻璃幕墙结构胶的老化问题尤其突出。通过对某邵氏硬度超标准要求的隐框玻璃幕墙结构胶进行取样,对其最大强度伸长率、拉伸粘接强度、抗剪强度等进行试验研究。研究结果表明,硬化后结构胶的最大拉伸强度时伸长率显著变小,但对拉伸粘接强度和抗剪强度影响较小。8件试样中最大拉伸强度时伸长率为34.8%,远小于《建筑用硅酮结构密封胶:GB 16776—2005》[1]所要求的不小于100%的要求,拉伸粘接强度和变形能力均满足文献[1]要求。Guangzhou is one of the earliest cities in China to use architectural glass curtain wall,the early construction of architectural glass curtain wall has exceeded 25 years of design life,with the increase in the use of years,the quality of glass curtain wall problems have gradually emerged,of which the aging problem of structural adhesive of hidden frame glass curtain wall is particularly prominent.By sampling the structural adhesive of a hidden frame glass curtain wall with Shore hardness exceeding the standard requirements,the maximum strength elongation,tensile bond strength,shear strength and so on were tested and studied.The research results show that the elongation at the maximum tensile strength of the structural adhesive after hardening becomes significantly smaller,but the tensile bond strength and shear strength have less influence.34.8%of the eight specimens have the elongation at the maximum tensile strength,which is much smaller than the requirement of not less than 100%as required by"Silicone Structural Sealant for Construction:GB 16776-2005"[1],and the tensile bond strength and deformation capacity meet the specification requirements.
