摘 要:具有聚集诱导发光的片状银纳米簇聚集体在生物传感、生物成像等多个领域表现出良好的应用前景。以D-青霉胺(RSH)为配体,在室温下和硝酸银反应,以高产率96%合成了银纳米簇聚集体,并通过红外光谱、X-射线光电子能谱、热重分析、质谱、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜和透射电镜对其结构进行了表征。结果表明:银纳米簇聚集体是银纳米簇通过氢键网络连接形成的微米尺度的片状结构,化学组成是(AgSR)n。紫外可见吸收光谱和发光光谱研究发现,银纳米簇聚集体最大吸收波长在253 nm,最大发射波长在564 nm;在相同浓度下,银纳米簇聚集体的水溶液不发光,但随着乙醇体积分数的增加,发光逐渐增强,显示出聚集诱导发光行为。Plate-shaped structrual Ag nanoclusters assemblies with aggregation-induced emission have very good application prospects in biological sensing,biological imaging,and other multiple areas.D-penicillamine was used as the ligand,and reacted with silver nitrate at room temperature to give Ag(I)nanoclusters assembly with a high yield of 96%,which was in detail investigated by multiple characterization methods,including FT-IR spectrum,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,thermogravimetry analysis,ESI-mass spectrum,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.It is found that Ag nanoclusters assembly is a type of micrometer-scale plate-shaped structure formed by the inter-clusters hydrogen bonds network ligation,and its chemical composition is(AgSR)n.Such structural assembly is further studied through UV-vis absorption spectrum and emission spectra.The biggest absorption wavelength is found to lie at 253 nm and the emission peak at 564 nm;Under the same concentration,the aqueous solution of Ag nanoclusters assembly is non-emissive,but with the increase of ethanol volume fraction the emission gradually enhances,which shows the aggregation-induced emission behavior.
