摘　　要：鉴于含氟化合物在药物化学领域起到愈发重要的作用,以苯并噻吩酮和三氟乙胺为原料,在四氯化钛脱水作用下,合成9个新型苯并噻吩衍生的三氟乙基酮亚胺衍生物(3a~3i)。同时,初步尝试了三氟乙基苯并噻吩酮亚胺和2-硝基苯并呋喃的[3+2]去芳构化环加成反应,得到了含三氟甲基的多环杂环化合物(5)。最后对这些化合物的结构进行了1 H NMR、13 C NMR和HR-MS(ESI-TOF)表征。Given the increasing importance of fluorinated compounds in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry,Using benzothiophene ketones and 2,2,2-trifluoroethylamine as starting material,we obtained 9 structurally novel benzothiophene-derived trifluoroethylketimine derivatives(3a~3i)with the titanium tetrachloride as the dehydrating agent.Meanwhile,we initially attempted the dearomative[3+2]cycloaddition of benzothiophene-derived trifluoroethylketimine and 2-nitrobenzofuran for synthesis polyheter cyclic compounds cotaining trifluoromethyl motif.These compounds were characterized by 1 H NMR,13 C NMR,and HR-MS(ESI-TOF).
