摘  要:【目的】针对机电一体化设备虚拟仿真调试中的通信问题,使用S7-PLCSIM Advanced中的OPC UA通信方式,来实现机电一体化概念设计与TIA的通信仿真。【方法】以转向臂为例,在TIA平台上完成对通信参数的设置和PLC组态,在西门子S7-PLCSIM Advanced软件中创建高级虚拟控制器,并与TIA建立通信。在MCD平台中定义转向臂的机电对象和运动副,并添加运动执行器和信号,在MCD中完成对外部信号的配置和映射。【结果】在建立通信后,TIA中的程序能稳定控制MCD环境中的转向臂运动,从而验证程序的可靠性和有效性。【结论】MCD能基于S7-PLCSIM Advanced的OPC UA通信方式与TIA建立稳定可靠的通信连接,为机电一体化设备虚拟仿真调试的通信方式提供一种思路。[Purposes]For the communication problem in the virtual simulation debugging of mechatronics equipment,the OPC UA communication mode in S7-PLCSIM Advanced is used to realize the communication simulation of Mechatronics Concept Designer and TIA.[Methods]Taking the steering arm as an example,the setting of communication parameters and PLC configuration are completed on the TIA platform.The advanced virtual controller is created in Siemens S7-PLCSIM Advanced software,and the communication with TIA is established.The electromechanical object and motion pair of the steering arm are defined in the MCD platform,and the motion actuator and signal are added to complete the configuration and mapping of the external signal in the MCD.[Findings]After the establishment of communication,the program in TIA can stably control the steering arm movement in MCD environment,so as to verify the reliability and effectiveness of the program.[Conclusions]MCD can establish a stable and reliable communication connection with TIA based on OPC UA communication mode of S7-PLCSIM Advanced,which provides an idea for the communication mode of virtual simulation debugging of mechatronics equipment.
