摘  要:【目的】在环境试验中,通过人工来采集高低温箱内的温湿度数据有诸多不便,需要设计出一套用于采集高低温试验箱内温湿度数据的远程监控系统。【方法】基于LabVIEW开发环境和Modbus/TCP通信协议,通过上位机与温湿度记录仪的远程通信来实现数据采集,并用数据库来存储处理信息,设计开发出一套实时温湿度数据采集系统。【结果】该系统实现了对多套高低温试验箱温湿度数据的实时监控和数据分析,能有效对试验环境进行监控。【结论】试验结果证明,该系统运行稳定、操作简单、界面友好,能满足实验室远程监控的需求,提高了对温箱设备的信息化管理水平。[Purposes]In the environmental test,it is inconvenient to collect the temperature and humidity data in the high and low temperature boxes manually.Therefore,it is necessary to design a remote monitoring system for collecting the temperature and humidity data in the high and low temperature test boxes.[Methods]Based on the LabVIEW development environment and Modbus/TCP communication protocol,the data acquisition was realized through the remote communication between the host computer and the temperature and humidity recorder.And a real-time temperature and humidity data acquisition system was designed and developed through the database that is used to store and process the information.[Findings]The system realized real-time monitoring and data analysis of temperature and humidity data of multiple sets of high and low temperature test chambers,and could effectively monitor the test environment.[Conclusions]The experimental results show that the system is stable in operation,simple in operation and friendly in interface,which can meet the needs of remote monitoring in the laboratory and improve the information management level of the incubator equipment.
