摘  要:【目的】自安阳钢铁二炼轧作业部转炉干法除尘系统投产后,经常出现细灰堵塞现象,或有细灰外喷情况发生,导致工作环境恶劣,炼钢生产受到影响。为减少劳动强量,预防细灰堵塞,提高处理细灰堵塞的效率,避免浪费炼钢时间,有必要对此进行研究。【方法】通过提取细灰的输灰压力曲线,并根据正压气力输送公式推导,在PLC程序中设定输灰步骤参数、延长清堵时间进行调试。【结果】试验结果表明,1#仓泵憋压超过0.55 MPa、时间超过5 min以上可有效疏通细灰堵塞。【结论】通过增加缓冲斗圆锥形周侧壁氮气喷吹口,能有效减少缓冲斗仓壁沾灰和堵塞。当停炉时间较长时,为防止粉尘温度较低而结露产生堵塞,转炉开始炼钢时应尽快提高系统烟气温度,使静电除尘器的电场能保持较好的集尘效果,保证先提高粉尘温度再输灰的顺序,从根本上减少细灰堵塞的情况。通过增加现场监控、保证扇形刮灰器的电流稳定,可及时发现设备隐患,预防事故发生和扩大。[Purposes]Since the dry dust removal system of the converter in the No.2 Steelmaking and Rolling Department of Anyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was put into operation,fine ash blockage often occurred,or fine ash spray occurred,resulting in poor working environment and steel-making production.In order to reduce labor intensity,prevent fine ash clogging,improve the efficiency of treating fine ash clogging,and avoid wasting steelmaking time,it is necessary to conduct research on it.[Methods]By extracting the ash conveying pressure curve of fine ash and deducing according to the positive pressure pneumatic conveying formula,the ash conveying step parameters were set in the PLC program and the plugging time was prolonged for debugging.[Findings]The test results showed that as the pressure of 1#warehouse pump was more than 0.55 MPa and the time was more than 5 min,it could effectively dredge the fine ash blockage.[Conclusions]By increasing the nitrogen injection port on the conical side wall of the buffer hopper,the ash deposition and blockage of the buffer hopper wall can be effectively reduced.When the furnace is shut down for a long time,in order to prevent the dust temperature from being low and the condensation being blocked,the temperature of the system flue gas should be increased as soon as possible when the converter starts steelmaking,so that the electric field of the electrostatic precipitator can maintain a good dust collection effect,ensure the order of increasing the dust temperature first and then transporting the ash,and fundamentally reduce the fine ash blockage.By increasing on-site monitoring and ensuring the current stability of the fan-shaped ash scraper,hidden dangers of the equipment can be found in time to prevent the occurrence and expansion of accidents.
