摘 要:共享停车作为城市的新兴产物成为解决停车难、缓解交通拥堵的一种重要措施,对共享停车策略选择进行研究,构建两类用户——政府和公众的四方演化博弈,探讨多元主体的决策响应逻辑与策略均衡最优程式,并利用数值仿真模拟参数变化对博弈系统不同主体稳定策略的影响.研究结果表明:政府对共享停车的发展起到了决定性作用,政府对公众和用户给予一定的补贴可促进共享停车的发展,同时,要严格监管共享停车的车位使用以及交易情况,制定合理合规的政策来发展共享停车.As an emerging product of the city,shared parking has become an important measure to solve parking difficulties and relieve traffic congestion.To describe a quadrilateral evolutionary game of two types of users,the government and the public,this study discusses the decision response logic of multiple agents and the optimal program of strategy equilibrium,and uses numerical simulation to simulate the influence of parameter changes on the stability strategies of different agents in the game system.Through the above research,the result shows that the government plays a decisive role in the development of shared parking.The government giving certain subsidies to the public and users would promote the development of shared parking.At the same time,it should strictly supervise the use and transaction of parking spaces in shared parking and formulate reasonable and compliant policies to develop shared parking.
