摘  要:本研究从麦冬健康叶片中分离得到两株内生细菌,并对其进行了分子和生理生化特性鉴定。结果表明:MD1菌株是路德维希肠杆菌(Enterobacter ludwigii),淀粉水解试验、甲基红试验和过氧化氢酶试验均为阳性;MD2菌株是节杆菌(Arthrobacter woluwensis),淀粉水解试验和过氧化氢酶试验均为阳性,而甲基红试验为阴性。本结果为麦冬内生细菌的功能菌株的筛选和多样性研究提供理论基础。In this study,two endophytic bacterias,were isolated from healthy leaves of Ophiopogon japonicus and identified molecularly and physiologically and biochemically.The results showed that the strain MD1 was identified as Enterobacter ludwigii and the starch hydrolysis test,the methyl red test and the catalase test were all positive.While the strain MD2 was identified as Arthrobacter woluwensis,and the starch hydrolysis test and the catalase test were both positive,while the methyl red test showed negative result.The results of this study provide a scientific basis for further research on the diversity of Ophiopogon japonicus endophytic bacterias and lay a foundation for the future screening of functional bacterias of Ophiopogon japonicus endophytes.
