在全国统一大市场建设中推进共同富裕——兼论国内大循环的畅通路径

摘　　要：市场能够保证效率,但不能确保公平。现有研究较多认为市场经济的结果一定是贫富差距扩大。而事实上,建设全国统一大市场可以在很大程度上消除行业垄断、区域壁垒、市场准入限制等问题,为更多普通人提供不依赖地方保护和人脉关系的发家致富机会,是解决相对贫困问题的有效途径。文章基于2003—2020年中国省级面板数据,从居民收入差距视角,考察了全国统一大市场建设对共同富裕的影响,得出如下结论:全国统一大市场建设可以减小居民收入差距,助力共同富裕实现,且全国市场统一度每增加1个百分点,基尼系数大约降低0.1036个百分点。相较于东部地区,这种助力作用在中西部地区更加显著。从共同富裕的来源分解来看,全国统一大市场建设对城乡居民收入差距和农村居民收入差距的抑制作用较为显著,对城市居民收入差距的影响尚未显现。拓展性分析发现,全国统一大市场建设可以通过推动共同富裕,促进国内大循环。文章的研究不仅为全面理解全国统一大市场建设的经济后果提供了新视角,而且为借力全国统一大市场建设,推动共同富裕的实现和国内大循环的畅通提供了理论参考。The market can ensure efficiency,but it cannot ensure fairness.Many existing research believe that the result of the market economy will inevitably expand the gap between the rich and the poor.In fact,construction of a unified domestic market can largely eliminate industrial monopolies,regional barriers,market access restrictions,and other issues,provide more opportunities to get rich for more ordinary people without relying on contacts and local protection,which is an effective way to solve the problem of relative poverty.Based on the data of China's provincial panels from 2003-2020,from the perspective of resident income gap,this article uses multiple econometric analysis techniques such as dual fixed effect model,endogenous test model,and intermediary effect model to examine how construction of a unified domestic market empowers common prosperity and draws the following conclusions:Firstly,construction of a unified domestic market can reduce the resident income gap,promote common prosperity,and the Gini coefficient will decrease by 0.1036 percentage points for every 1 percentage point increase in the integration degree of the domestic market.After considering a series of robustness tests,this promotion effect still holds;Secondly,the impact of the construction of a unified domestic market on common prosperity is characterized by significant regional differences.Compared with the eastern region,this promotion effect is more significant in the central and western regions;Thirdly,From the perspective of the source decomposition of common prosperity,construction of a unified domestic market has a significant inhibitory effect on the income gap between urban and rural residents and the income gap between rural residents,but the impact on the urban income gap has not yet emerged.Fourth,the expansion analysis found that construction of a unified domestic market can promote common prosperity,and then unblock domestic circulation.In this process,common prosperity has produced some intermediary effects.The marginal cont
