摘  要:随着《深化新时代教育改革评价总体方案》的发布,“破五唯”成为教育评价改革的重要内容,尤其是其中破除“唯论文”的教育评价导向会对学术期刊产生重要影响,也促使学界对于学术期刊的发展及评价重新思考。以学术期刊评价的方法平衡、评价指标体系合理选择和动态调整、评价过程中多种信息技术的运用、学术期刊评价的开放共享等方面着手,探索建立多维化科学合理的学术期刊评价体系,为后“破五唯”时期的学术期刊发展及其评价摸索一条新路,是学术期刊评价研究的重要方向。With the release of the General Plan for Deepening the Evaluation of Education Reform in the new era,"breaking only five"has become an important part of the education evaluation reform,especially the education evaluation orientation of breaking the"essay only"will have an important impact on academic journals,and prompt the academic community to rethink the development and evaluation of academic journals.We will explore the establishment of a multidimensional scientific and reasonable evaluation system for academic journals in terms of the balance of academic journal evaluation methods,the rational selection and dynamic adjustment of evaluation index systems,the use of various information technologies in the evaluation process,and the open sharing of academic journal evaluation,in order to explore the development of academic journals and their evaluation in the post-"only five"period.It is an important direction for academic journal evaluation research to explore a new way for the development and evaluation of academic journals in the post-"breaking only five"period.
