摘  要:远红外(FIR)激光干涉仪是核聚变装置上等离子体电子密度测量的关键设备。为了实现远红外激光干涉仪上电子密度信号的精确测量,设计了应用于远红外激光干涉仪上数字相位差测量算法的硬件层实时处理框架,并基于采样率为20MSPS的AD9269信号采集模块和时钟频率为125MHz下的Xilinx K7系列可编程逻辑阵列器件进行了验证。现场试验结果表明,该数字相位差算法的测量延迟为64μs,最终相位差测量精度可控制在0.1°以内,测量结果的时间分辨率为50ns。FIR laser interferometer is a key equipment for plasma electron density measurement on nuclear fusion devices.To achieve accurate measurement of electron density signals in the FIR laser interferometer,a hardware layer real-time processing framework for the digital phase difference measurement algorithm on the FIR laser interferometer is designed.Verification is conducted based on an AD9269 signal acquisition module with a sampling rate of 20 MSPS and a Xilinx K7 series programmable logic array device with a clock frequency of 125 MHz.The field test results show that the measurement delay of this digital phase difference algorithm is 64μs,the final phase difference measurement accuracy can be controlled within 0.1°,and the time resolution of the measurement results is 50 ns.
