摘　　要：当下景德镇陶瓷市场非常繁荣,景德镇繁荣的陶瓷市场主要原因是有个人工作室、陶瓷企业、当下流行的窑口,包括陶瓷市集等多种形式的制瓷模式和销售方法造就了这样的面貌。为了让景德镇陶瓷市场的更好的保持繁荣与和谐发展,有效的管理方法方法是让景德镇陶瓷行业有序发展的重要因素。本文主要从当代窑口发展模式中的管理方式进行简略研究,望对景德镇陶瓷市场的发展有一定的帮助。Currently,the ceramic market in Jingdezhen is very prosperous.The main reason for the prosperity of the ceramic market in Jingdezhen is due to various forms of porcelain making models and sales methods such as personal studios,ceramic enterprises,and popular kilns,including ceramic markets.In order to maintain prosperity and harmonious development of the Jingdezhen ceramic market,effective management methods are important factors for the orderly development of the Jingdezhen ceramic industry.This article mainly conducts a brief study on the management methods in the development model of contemporary kilns,hoping to be helpful for the development of the Jingdezhen ceramic market.
