摘  要:以免蒸养工艺研制尾矿泥集料加气混凝土,通过概率基多目标优化法同时优化加气混凝土发泡、凝结时间和强度、密度等研究目标。针对发泡、初、终凝时间,强度、密度等目标属性进行两阶段优化试验。结果表明:采用无蒸养制备工艺可得强度、密度达到国标B05的加气混凝土产品,不仅可利用尾矿泥固废,且能耗低、设备投资少。In this paper,the aerated concrete with non-steaming autoclaved tailings aggregates was developed.The probability-based multi-objective optimization method was used to simultaneously optimize research objectives of the aerated concrete,such as foaming time,setting time,strength and density,including a twos-tage optimization test carried out for them.The results show that,the aerated concrete products with strength and density up to national standard B05 can be obtained by non-steaming preparation process,and which can consume tailings mud and solid waste along with low energy consumption and less equipment investment.
