摘  要:针对侧进风厢式盐泥干燥室内盐泥层上方热气流速度分布不均匀、盐泥干燥效率低的问题,应用导流板对干燥室内流场进行改善。采用standard k-ε模型和多孔介质模型对干燥室内的流场进行数值模拟,通过实验测量改进前后盐泥的含水率。结果表明:安装导流板后可以提高盐泥上方层热气流的流动速度,且速度分布更均匀;对比于原干燥室,盐泥平均含水率降低了4.48%,不均匀系数降低了6.09%。Aiming at uneven distribution of the hot air velocity above the salt sludge layer in the side-entry salt sludge drying chamber and the low drying efficiency of the salt sludge,a deflector was used to improve flow field in the drying chamber.The standard k-εmodel and the porous media model were used to simulate flow field in the drying chamber;and through experiments,the salt sludge moisture content before and after improving drying chamber was measured.The results show that,installing the deflector can increase flow velocity of the hot air flow in the layer above the salt sludge,and the velocity distribution becomes more uniform;and compared with the original drying chamber,the average moisture content of the salt sludge can be reduced by 4.48%,and the unevenness coefficient decreased by 6.09%.
