摘　　要：穿条式喷漆铝型材因其优异的防腐耐候性、隔热隔音性能而备受市场青睐。氟碳漆涂层在穿条边角部位掉膜,严重影响了产品外观和性能。通过汇总分析,调整固化工艺、油漆组分配比等试验验证,明确了边角掉膜的产生规律和根本原因,并从油漆固化剂体系、喷漆固化工艺、喷漆方式以及滚压力等方面加以优化控制,解决了穿条式喷漆型材边角掉膜的问题。The insertion methodology painted aluminum profile was favored by the market because of its excellent corrosion resis-tance,weather resistance,heat insulation and sound insulation performance.The fluorocarbon paint coating falling off at the edge and corner of the strip,which seriously affects the appearance and performance of the product.Through summarizing and analyzing,adjust-ing the cuving process paint group distribution ratio,and other experimental verifications,the occurrence regulurity and cause of eclye and coruer film falbiny have been clarified The paint curing agent system,paint curing process,paint spraying method,rolling pressure and other aspects were optimized and controlled to solve the problem of film falling off at the edges and corners of the insertion meth-odology paint coating profiles,for reference by peers.
