摘 要:随着分布式光伏发电在配电网中渗透率的增加,配电网电压波动越限问题愈发严重,并导致其电压控制越来越复杂。提出了一种抗饱和PI控制策略,通过柱上式磁控电抗器(MCR)进行无功电压综合控制,给出了新型抗饱和PI控制器的算法设计和系统框图。理论分析和实验结果表明,新型抗饱和PI控制器可有效降低柱上式MCR控制系统的超调量,极大地提高动态性能,有效抑制电压波动,并对负载扰动具有较好的响应性和鲁棒性。With the increasing penetration of distributed photovoltaic generation in distribution networks,the problem of voltage violation is becoming more and more serious,which has led to increasingly complex control of voltage in distribution networks.In response to these issues,this paper proposes an anti-windup PI control strategy,which uses a column type Magnetically Controlled Reactor(MCR)to realize reactive power and voltage comprehensive control,and the algorithm design and system block diagram of the new anti-saturation PI controller are given.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the new anti-windup PI controller can effectively reduce the overshoot of the column type MCR control system,greatly improve its dynamic performance,effectively suppress voltage fluctuations,and have good response and robustness to load disturbances.
