摘 要:针对某“电动-发电”的汽电双驱给水泵组,研究了其主机布置顺序,结果表明:“电动-发电机”居中布置是最佳方案;探讨了两种模式下泵的性能差异,考虑了泵的最大转速,然后进行泵动力学分析;采用加大载荷对“电动-发电机”转子及轴承进行设计;讨论显示,发电工况需要更大的无功功率;论述了机组开停车顺序要求。机组投运后,运行稳定、性能良好,电动和发电模式自动切换平顺。最后分析了发电量的波动及影响因素,结果表明:可能是由电网频率波动及运行转差率波动造成。The main engine arrangement sequence of a“motor-generator”steam-electricity double-drive feed pump set has been studied.The result shows that the centered arrangement of“motor-generator”is the best scheme.The difference of pump performance in two models is discussed,the maximum speed of pump is considered,during the pump dynamic analysis.The rotor and bearing of“motor-generator”are designed with increased load.The discussion shows that more reactive power is needed in the power generation case.The requirements of the start-up and shut-down sequences of the unit are discussed.After the unit is put into operation,stable operation and good performance are achieved,and the motor and power generation models are automatically switched smoothly.Finally,the fluctuation of power generation quantity and its influencing factors are analyzed,the result of which shows that the fluctuation of power grid frequency and that of operation slip ratio may be the causes.
