摘　　要：在合成氨尿素等工业项目的管道建设和数据积累过程中,根据实际焊接过程中常见的多种焊接坡口截面形式,推导出不同坡口形式下的焊料用量截面计算公式,并依据实际经验对该公式进行修正,优化总结出接近实际焊料用量的简化计算公式。实践显示:由推导简化后的焊接用量计算公式所计算出的焊料消耗量和实际使用量非常接近,简化了焊料统计过程,提升了焊料统计效率。In the process of pipe construction and data accumulation in such industrial projects as synthetic ammonia&urea projects,the section calculation formula for solder consumption under different groove forms is derived based on various common welding groove section forms in the actual welding process.The formula is modified as per practical experience to summarize an optimized and simplified calculation formula that could generate calculation results close to the actual solder consumption.Practice shows that the solder consumption calculated by the simplified formula is very close to the actual usage,which simplifies the statistical process of solder amount calculation and improves its statistical efficiency.
