摘　　要：尿素高压设备是尿素装置中的核心设备,通过对设备设计、制造、运行过程中的风险进行评估,并分析失效模式,探讨各种引起设备失效的因素,依据腐蚀机理和工程经验提出具体解决措施,从而保证设备本质安全。Urea high-pressure equipment is the core equipment in urea unit.Through assessing the risks in the design,manufacture and operation of such equipment,and analyzing the failure mode,various factors causing equipment failure are discussed,and specific countermeasures are proposed based on the corrosion mechanism and engineering experience,so as to ensure the intrinsic safety of the equipment.
