摘 要:某桥为3跨斜弯预应力变高连续宽箱梁桥,箱梁拆除模板后发现底板区域出现大量裂缝,其中有较长的纵向裂缝。通过建立实体有限元模型对该桥进行受力分析,查明该桥抗裂性能满足规范要求,底板裂缝不是主要受力裂缝,裂缝产生可能是环境、施工、结构复杂等多种因素的综合效果,并提出相应的改进建议。A certain bridge is a 3-span cable-stayed prestressed continuous wide box girder bridge.After removing the formwork of the box girder,it is found that a large number of cracks appeared in the bottom plate area,including longer longitudinal cracks.By establishing a solid finite element model for stress analysis of the bridge,it is found that the crack resistance performance of the bridge meets the requirements of the specifications.Bottom plate cracks are not the main stress cracks,and the cracks may be caused by a combination of environmental,construction and structural complexity factors.Corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed.
