摘 要:针对井孔远探测需求,提出一种应用于井孔三分量时间域电磁探测的自适应恒压钳位发射技术。针对井孔全空间探测应用场景,设计一种三分量动态发射线圈,通过动态控制实现三分量电磁发射。通过小型化大功率发射电路、无源自适应恒压钳位方法与三分量动态发射线圈,在井孔空间实现多维立体时间域电磁远探测,并进行相应井孔探测仪器的集成与测试。研究结果表明:在狭小空间和有限功率条件下,自适应恒压钳位发射技术突破传统钳位方法钳位电压固定、关断时间不可调的局限性,通过发射参数实时采集反馈及相应控制策略实现自适应钳位整形作用,对发射电流下降沿过程进行自动优化与控制,实现关断速率自适应调整。基于该技术的电磁发射系统可以实现三分量动态高质量电流脉冲稳定大功率发射及发射电流关断速率自适应可调。In order to meet the needs of remote borehole detection,an adaptive constant voltage clamping transmitting technology was proposed for borehole three-component time domain electromagnetic detection system.The three-component dynamic launch coil was designed,which realized three-component electromagnetic launch through dynamic control of borehole full space exploration.The multi-dimensional three-dimensional space time domain electromagnetic remote detection in borehole space was realized through miniaturized high-power launch circuit,passive adaptive constant voltage clamping method,and three-component dynamic launch coil.The electromagnetic pulse transmitter and the three-component transmitting coil were developed,and the integration and testing of the borehole detection instrument were completed.The results show that under the condition of small space and limited power,this technology breaks through the limitation of the traditional clamping method which clamping voltage and turn-off time are nonadjustable.The adaptive clamping shaping function is realized through real-time acquisition feedback of emission parameters and corresponding control strategies,the process of emission current falling edge is automatically optimized and controlled,and the adaptive adjustment of the turn off rate is realized.The transmitting system can realize the stable and high-power transmission of three-component dynamic high-quality current pulses,and the current turn off rate can be adaptively controlled and adjusted.
