摘　　要：玩具是儿童的天使,但也会造成儿童的伤害。欧盟一直以来对玩具产品严格监管,每年通报大量的玩具产品,其中,中国产品占了很大一部分。这给我国玩具产业带来较大的影响。本文首先从通报总体情况、通报国家、通报产品、通报原因4个方面,对2022年欧盟通报我国玩具情况进行了详细分析,接着采用加权指数模型对2023年欧盟通报我国玩具数据进行了预测,最后从政府、社会和市场3个方面,提出我国应对欧盟玩具通报的建议。Toys are children's angels,but they can also cause harm to children.The European Union has always strictly regulated toy products,reporting a large number of toy products every year,of which Chinese products account for a large portion.This has had a significant impact on China's toy industry.Firstly,this article provides a detailed analysis of the 2022 EU notification of Chinese toy from four aspects:overall situation,country,product,and reasons for notification.Then,the weighted index model was used to predict the data of Chinese toy reported by the European Union in 2023,Finally,suggestions for China to respond to the EU toy notification are proposed from three aspects:government,society,and market.
