摘  要:为了确保数据检测的准确无误,为数据的准确性提供科学依据,测定了饮用水中铜含量的不确定性。通过构建数学模型,对各种不确定性因素进行综合计算,求得检测结果在95%置信区间下的扩展不确定度。实验结果表明,饮用水中铜元素测定值为0.101±0.0032 mg/L(k=2)。通过试验发现电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定水中铜含量的不确定度,与铜标准物质的含量、试验的重复性、玻璃器皿的标定、标准曲线的拟合等有关;结果表明,试验的重复性、玻璃器皿标定、测定结果的一致性以及标准曲线的拟合是影响检测结果精确度的主要因素。In order to ensure the accuracy of data detection and to provide a scientific basis for data accuracy,the uncertainty of copper content in drinking water was determined.By constructing a mathematical model,various uncertainty factors are comprehensively calculated to find the extended uncertainty of the detection results under the 95%confidence interval.The experimental results showed that the measured value of copper in drinking water was 0.101±0.0032 mg/L(k=2).It was found that the uncertainty of ICP-OES method for the determination of copper in water was related to the content of copper standard material,the repeatability of the test,the calibration of glassware,and the fitting of the standard curve,etc.The results showed that the repeatability of the test,the calibration of glassware,the consistency of the determination results,and the fitting of the standard curve were the main factors affecting the accuracy of the detection results.
