摘  要:通过三维虚拟软件进行拼装模拟,对紧凑空间下牵索挂篮安装施工过程进行了分析,得出安装施工过程中主要控制要素,包括:挂篮最佳起吊点位置、现场存放构件位置、挂篮拼装顺序、各节段与斜拉索角度的变化范围、滑轨铺设位置、吊车作业位置,以及吊装过程中钢绞线与挂篮之间的连接方式等,有效指导了工程的施工方案和安全措施的制定。采用“对称拼装、侧向滑移、整体提升”的组合技术进行牵索挂篮安装,提高效率的同时也有效减少过程中的安全隐患,为今后类似条件下牵索挂篮安装施工提供了经验。The assembly simulation was conducted using 3D virtual software to analyze the installation and construction process of the cable hanging basket in a compact space.The analysis identified the main control element during the installation and construction process,including the optimal lifting point position of the hanging basket,the location of on-site storage components,the assembly sequence of the hanging basket,the range of changes in the angle between each section and the stay cable,the laying position of the slide rail,the position of the crane operation,and the connection method between the steel wire and the hanging basket during the lifting process,which effectively guiding the development of the construction plan and safety measures of the project.This project adopts a combination technology of"symmetrical assembly,lateral sliding,and overall lifting"for the installation of cable hanging baskets,which improves efficiency and effectively reduces safety hazards during the process,providing experience for the installation and construction of cable hanging baskets under similar conditions in the future.
