摘 要:该试验通过注射氢化可的松建立肾阳虚公犊牛模型,研究微生态制剂对公犊牛肾阳虚功能性腹泻病临床疗效。试验选用72头健康公犊牛,随机分为6组,分别为对照组(不注射氢化可的松)、复合微生态制剂低(5.1g/kg)、中(10.2g/kg)、高(15.3g/kg)剂量组、单一微生态制剂组(20.4g/kg枯草芽孢杆菌)和模型组;灌服50d后摘取肾脏、睾丸、丘脑称重。结果表明:模型组与空白组相比体重显著降低(P<0.05),高剂量组与单一组相比,体重显著升高(P<0.05),模型组与空白组相比体温差显著降低(P<0.05)。模型组下丘脑和垂体脏器系数均高于对照组(P<0.05),下丘脑和垂体脏器系数明显偏高(P<0.05)。第50天时复合微生态制中剂量试验组与对照组相比,腹泻率降低,但低剂量、高剂量组高于对照组,低于单一组和模型组。可见,复合微生态制剂与单一枯草芽孢杆菌制剂均通过增加丘脑、垂体和自身质量并调节体温,改善机体丘脑-垂体-睾丸轴的功能,从而改善雄性公犊牛肾阳虚功能性腹泻临床症状。复合微生态制剂给药量为10.2g/(kg·d)时能明显治疗肾阳虚功能性腹泻。Establishing a Kidney Yang deficiency male calf model by injecting hydrocortisone,this study investigated the clinical effect of microecological preparation on kidney-yang deficiency functional diarrhea of male calves.compound microecological preparation[low(5.1g/kg),medium(10.2g/kg)and high(15.3g/kg)]dose group,single microecological preparation group(20.4g/kg Bacillus subtilis)and model group(25mg/kg hydrocortisone).After 50 days of administration,kidneys,testis and thalamus were removed and weighed.Results:Compared with the blank group,the body weight of the model group decreased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the single group,the body weight of the high-dose group increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the blank group,the body temperature difference of the model group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The organ coefficients of thalamus and pituitary in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the organ coefficients of hypothalamus and pituitary were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 50 th day,the diarrhea rate of the middle dose experimental group was lower than that of the control group,but the low dose and high dose groups were higher than the control group,but lower than the single group and the model group.Both the compound microecological preparation and the single Bacillus subtilis preparation can improve the function of the hypothalamic pituitary testicular axis by increasing the mass of the thalamus,pituitary gland,and body,and regulating body temperature,thereby improving the clinical symptoms of kidney yang deficiency functional diarrhea in male calves.The compound microecological preparation can obviously treat functional diarrhea with the deficiency of kidney Yang when the dosage is 10.2g/(kg·d).
