东盟三国劳动力市场中文人才需求研究——基于越南、泰国和印尼招聘网站数据的分析

摘　　要：研究采集越南、泰国、印度尼西亚主流招聘网站发布的中文人才岗位信息,运用内容分析法分析东盟国家劳动力市场中文人才岗的数据与相关信息,结果发现:东盟三国劳动力市场对中文人才的需求大,工资水平较高,需求类型较为集中,对中文人才的学历要求整体较高,但对HSK等级要求不高。因此,未来可在该地区增加作为公共产品的中文教育的有效供给,针对东盟国家社会经济发展战略规划以及“一带一路”框架下国际合作的人才需求,扩大复合型专业人才的培养,统一和规范区域中文教育标准,提升中文人才培养质量,促进中文人才区域流动。This study has collected and analyzed the job information for Chinese-language talents on the mainstream recruitment websites in Vietnam,Thailand and Indonesia by using the content analysis.The results show that the labor market of the three ASEAN countries has a large demand for Chinese-language talents,with a relatively high salary level,and a relatively concentrated type-specific demand,and the educational requirements for Chinese-language talents are generally higher,but the requirements for HSK level are not high.Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to increase the effective supply of Chinese-language education as a public good in this region.In view of the talent needs in the strategic planning of socio-economic development of ASEAN countries and the international cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative,we should expand the training of professional talents with multilevel qualifications,set up unified standards for the regional Chinese-language education,improve the quality of Chinese talent training,and promote the regional flow of Chinese-language talents.
