摘 要:为探索层合板低能量冲击损伤挖补修理参数及其对修理性能的影响,采用两种冲击源对T700/DS1202层合板进行了冲击试验,并进行挖补修理,测试修理后的压缩强度。结果表明:无论是何种冲击源,采用阶梯形挖补修理工艺,强度恢复率均可达79.9%以上。但在同等冲击能量等级下,锥形冲击源造成的损伤,修理后强度恢复率较低。同时,单面挖补工艺的强度恢复率更高,修理质量更稳定,压缩破坏形式以基体和纤维的压缩为主;双面挖补工艺易产生应力集中,强度恢复率低,质量稳定性差,压缩破坏形式以分层为主。In order to investigate the repair parameters and their impact on the repair performance of low energy impact damaged laminates,the impact tests were carried out on T700/DS1202 laminates with two types of impact sources,and the compressive strength of scarf repaired laminates was measured.The results show that no matter what impact source is,the recovery rate of strength can reach more than 79.9%by scarf repair,and however,under the same impact energy level,the strength recovery rate after repair caused by the conical impact source is relatively low.At the same time,single-side scarf repair has higher recovery rate of strength and more stable repair quality,and the compression failure form is mainly the matrix and fiber compression.Double-side scarf repair is easier to produce stress concentration,lower recovery rate of strength,poorer quality stability,and the compression failure form is mainly delamination.
