摘　　要：急性冠脉综合征的病死率较高,目前诊断仍受检验手段的滞后性、有创性与高成本的限制。人工智能目前广泛应用于心血管病领域,在处理庞大且复杂数据上发挥着独特的优势,将其应用于急性冠脉综合征的诊疗可提高效率与准确度。本文旨在对人工智能于急性冠脉综合征的诊断、预警及预后评估中的应用作一述评。Acute coronary syndrome(ACS)has a high morbidity and mortality rate,and diagnosis is still limited by the lagging,invasive,and costly nature of the tests.Artificial intelligence(AI)technology is widely used in the field of cardiovascular disease,and it plays a unique advantage in processing large and complex data,and its application to the diagnosis and treatment of ACS can improve efficiency and accuracy.In this paper,researchers review the application of AI technology in the diagnosis,early warning and prognostic assessment of ACS.
