高通量全自动固相萃取-气相色谱法测定水质中23种痕量有机氯农药

摘　　要：采用高通量全自动固相萃取仪预富集前处理,建立了水质中23种有机氯农药化合物气相色谱-ECD检测器的分析方法.所建方法中23种有机氯在5~200μg/L范围内线性关系良好,R2>0.995,方法检出限和定量下限的范围分别为0.13~0.71 ng/L和0.52~2.84 ng/L.3个不同加标浓度(5.0、30.0μg/L和100μg/L)的相对标准偏差在0.3%~4.6%范围内,加标回收率在87.4%~119.0%范围内.Using high flux automatic solid phase extractor pre-concentration and pretreatment,an analytical method for 23 organochlorine pesticide compounds in water by gas chromatography-ECD detector was established.The linear relationship of 23 organochlorines in the establised method was good in the range of 5~200μg/L with R 2>0.995.The limits of detection and quantification of the method ranged from 0.13 to 0.71 ng/L and from 0.52 to 2.84 ng/L,respectively.The relative standard deviations of the three different concentrations(5.0,30.0μg/L and 100μg/L)ranged from 0.3%to 4.6%,and the recoveries ranged from 87.4%to 119.0%.
