摘 要:铁路营业线施工是保证铁路营业线设备稳定和良好的必要条件,合理安排和优化天窗是提高施工效率和质量、保障运输能力供给、提升运输效率的有效途径。在阐述铁路营业线施工管理现状的基础上,剖析存在的运输通道施工安排不协调、施工天窗安排不合理、施工天窗安排不规范、重点施工结合不紧密、卡控施工延点不得力等问题,综合考虑铁路行车设备维护保养、站场改造建设、路外工程施工等需求,提出构建基于智能化的施工天窗管理系统,实现天窗安排智能优化功能、人工干预和人机交互功能、施工过程动态监控和报警功能,为铁路营业线天窗安排点线协调、天窗时长和数量、施工管理效率等提供技术支撑。Operational line construction of railways is necessary to ensure the stability and good condition of operational line equipment.Reasonable arrangement and optimization of skylights are effective ways to improve construction efficiency and quality,ensure the supply of transportation capacity,and improve transportation efficiency.According to the current status of operational line construction management of railways,an analysis reveals issues such as incongruent construction scheduling of transport channels,unreasonable and non-standardized arrangement of skylights,lack of close integration in key construction areas,and ineffective control over construction delays.By comprehensively considering the maintenance of railway traffic equipment,station renovation and construction,and off-railway construction needs,this paper proposed to establish an intelligent construction skylight management system with functions such as intelligent optimization of skylight management,human intervention,human-machine interaction,dynamic monitoring of construction processes,and alarm.This system aims to provide technical support for coordinating skylight management,determining skylight duration and quantity,and enhancing construction management efficiency for operational lines of railways.
