摘 要:超声波和电化学协同作用对强化煤浮选脱硫降灰具有显著效果。本试验采用直接浮选、超声、电化学、超声电化学、超声电化学浮选5种不同的方法对新疆库尔勒烟煤(XK)进行酸处理,测定处理前后煤样中各形态硫含量、灰分含量。试验结果表明:5种不同的处理方法对煤脱硫的影响顺序为超声电化学浮选>超声电化学>电化学>超声>直接浮选。其中超声电化学浮选对煤脱硫降灰的效果最好,全硫脱硫率为55.32%,硫酸盐硫脱硫率为80.00%,有机硫脱硫率为41.67%,黄铁矿硫脱硫率为69.09%,降灰率为51.07%。此外,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)分析表明:超声波协同电化学强化浮选法在不改变煤样基本结构的情况下能有效脱除黄铁矿硫、醇硫、醚硫、石英和高岭石。超声电化学在煤浮选脱硫中的应用将促进煤炭的高效转化与清洁利用。The synergistic effect of ultrasonic wave and electrochemistry on coal flotation desulfurization and ash reduction is significant.In this experiment,five different methods including direct flotation,ultrasonic,electrochemical,ultrasonic electrochemical and ultrasonic electrochemical flotation were used to treat Xinjiang Korla bitumescent coal(XK)with acid,and the sulfur content and ash content of coal samples before and after treatment were determined.The test results show that the order of influence of 5 different treatment methods on coal desulfurization is:ultrasonic electrochemical flotation>ultrasonic electrochemical>electrochemical>ultrasonic>direct flotation.Among them,ultrasonic electrochemical flotation has the best effect on coal desulfurization and ash reduction,the total sulfur reduction rate is 55.32%,sulfate sulfur reduction rate is 80.00%,organic sulfur reduction rate is 41.67%,pyrite sulfur reduction rate is 69.09%,ash reduction rate is 51.07%.In addition,the analysis of fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR)and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)shows that the ultrasonic and electrochemical enhanced flotation method can effectively remove pyrite sulfur,alcohol sulfur,ether sulfur,quartz and kaolinite without changing the basic structure of coal samples.The application of ultrasonic electrochemistry in coal flotation desulfurization will promote the efficient conversion and clean utilization of coal.
