摘  要:为探究投喂频率、饲料粒度和光照强度对叶尔羌高原鳅(Triplophysa yarkandensis)幼鱼生长性能的影响,选用体重为(0.61±0.15) g,体长为(35.06±3.03) mm的健康叶尔羌高原鳅幼鱼共780尾开展养殖试验,试验周期为30 d。采用单因素试验设计,根据不同的投喂频率、饲料粒度和光照强度分别设置5组投喂频率试验、4组饲料粒度试验和4组光照强度试验,每组随机投放15尾试验鱼,各设3个平行组,观察叶尔羌高原鳅幼鱼生长情况。结果表明,投喂频率试验中,叶尔羌高原鳅幼鱼的特定生长率、增重率、生长指标和饲料利用率随投喂频率增加呈先上升后降低趋势,在投喂频率为5次/d时达到峰值,肥满度无显著变化(P>0.05);饲料粒度试验中,特定生长率、增重率、生长指标和饲料利用率在饲料粒度为0.45 mm时最高,肥满度无显著变化(P>0.05);光照强度试验中,特定生长率、增重率和饲料利用率在光照强度为500 lx时最高,生长指标随光照强度降低呈降低趋势,当光照强度为100 lx时生长速度和肥满度显著降低(P<0.05);叶尔羌高原鳅幼鱼体长-体重生长关系拟合曲线回归方程为W=8.691 4×10-6L3.135 2,R2=0.945 5,体长-体重关系参数b=3.135 2,属于匀速生长。研究表明,投喂频率为5次/d、投喂饲料粒度为0.45 mm、光照强度为500 lx时,叶尔羌高原鳅幼鱼生长性状和饲料利用率为最佳。In order to explore the effects of feeding frequency,the particle size of the feed,and light intensity on the growth performance of juvenile T.yarkandensis,a total of 780 healthy T.yarkandensis juveniles with an initial body weight of(0.61±0.15)g and body length of(35.06±3.03)mm were selected to carry out a breeding experiment for 30 days.According to different feeding frequency,the particle size of the feed,and light intensity,five groups of feeding frequency,four groups of feed particle size and four groups of light intensity test were set up.Fifteen experimental fish were randomly placed in each group,and three parallel groups were set up in each group to observe the growth of juvenile T.yarkandensis.The results showed that the specific growth rate,weight gain rate,growth index and feed utilization rate of juvenile T.yarkandensis increased first and then decreased with the increase of feeding frequency,and reached the peak at the feeding frequency of 5 times d,and there was no significant change in condition factor(P>0.05)in the feeding frequency experiment.In the feed particle size test,the specific growth rate,weight gain rate,growth index and feed utilization ratio were the highest when the feed particle size was 0.45 mm,and there was no significant change in condition factor(P>0.05).In the light intensity experiment,the specific growth rate,weight gain rate and feed utilization rate were the highest when the light intensity was 500 lx,the growth index decreased with the decrease of light intensity,and the growth rate and condition factor decreased significantly when the light intensity was 100 lx(P<0.05).The regression equation of the fitting curve of the growth relationship between body length and body weight of juvenile T.yarkandensis is W=8.6914×10-6 L 3.1352,R 2=0.9455,and the parameter b=3.1352,which belongs to uniform growth.The results showed that the growth traits and feed utilization rate of juvenile T.yarkandensis could reach the greatest value with 5 times d of feeding frequency,0.45 mm of fe
