摘 要:为简化桥梁技术状况评定过程并提高评定的正确性与规范性,依托JTG/T H21—2011《公路桥梁技术状况评定标准》,开发了一款桥梁评定系统。该系统采用Python语言和面向对象的编程方法,通过读取表格中的病害信息,对记录病害及其种类之间进行模糊识别,实现对记录病害的快速识别分类;创建桥梁实例、构件实例、病害实例,绑定三者之间的关系,从而实现桥梁的评定,并保证系统适用于各种桥型与病害记录方式的项目评定。使用该系统对北京某桥进行了评定,并成功将表格中记录的723条病害进行了快速分类,随后对桥梁进行了评分,各构件、部件、部位及桥梁总体评分结果均与人工校验结果相同。在2022年与2023年的桥梁定检项目中使用该系统,证明了该系统能够满足病害数量庞大的桥梁评定需求,并能准确地对记录的病害进行快速分类和评定。In order to simplify the process of evaluating the technical condition of bridges and improve the accuracy and standardization of the evaluation,a bridge evaluation system was developed based on the JTG/T H21-2011"Standards for Technical Conditions Evaluation of Highway Bridges".Python language and object-oriented pro-gramming methods were applied to read disease information from tables and perform fuzzy recognition between recorded diseases and disease types to achieve rapid identification and classification of recorded diseases;The bridge instances,component instances and disease instances were created and all of the relationships among them were binded to achieve bridge evaluation.The system was ensured to be suitable for project evaluation of various bridge types and disease record methods.A certain bridge in Beijing was evaluated by the system.723 diseases recorded in the table were quickly classified.Subsequently,the bridge was rated.The overall rating results of each member,component,part and the bridge were the same as those by manual verification.The system was applied in bridge inspection projects in 2022 and 2023,which had proven that it can meet the needs of bridge assessment with a large number of diseases,and accurately classify and evaluate recorded diseases quickly.
