市政雨污管网分流改造方案设计与思考

摘　　要：市政雨污管网分流改造是消除水体黑臭、改善城市水环境质量的重要措施,可从源头上控制污水直排入河以实现城市水环境的长久治理。以某县城市政雨污管网分流改造工程为例,梳理了城区现状市政排水系统存在的主要问题,在分析雨污分流改造过程中的重点和难点的基础上,针对城区现状两套市政排水系统、现状一套市政排水系统、盖板沟、街巷、地下暗涵等不同类型的排水系统提出了相应的雨污分流改造方案,近远期结合,在确保可实施性的前提下实现城区排水管网最大程度的雨污分流。此外,实施区域海绵化改造有利于削减径流水量和径流污染,可进一步提升雨污分流改造效果。最后给出了截流干管流量计算和管线交叉处理等细节设计,以期为城区市政雨污管网分流改造提供参考。Rainwater and sewage separation renovation is an important measure to solve the problem of the black-odorous water body and improve the quality of urban water environment.The directly discharge sewage into rivers can be controlled from the source to achieve long-term management of urban water environment.Taken the renova-tion of rainwater and sewage separation project of municipal pipe network in a certain city as an example,the main problems are sorted out.Based on the analysis of the key points and difficulties in the process of rainwater and sewage separation renovation,corresponding renovation plans for different types of current drainage systems of two current systems,one current system,cover ditches,narrow streets and underground culvert in the urban area are proposed to achieve the maximum rainwater and sewage diversion on the premise of ensuring implementability in ur-ban drainage networks and combining the near and long term.In addition,the adoption of regional sponge transfor-mation can effectively reduce runoff and runoff pollution,and further improve the renovation effectiveness.Finally,detailed designs of flow calculation of the intercepting main pipe and pipeline crossing treatment are given to provide reference for the similar renovation.
