摘 要:以矿渣、脱硫石膏、粉煤灰和水泥为原料,制备了固废基土壤固化剂。通过正交试验和控制变量试验优化了固废基土壤固化剂的配合比,并研究了延迟时间对固化土力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:水泥掺量对固化土无侧限抗压强度影响最大,其次是矿渣∶脱硫石膏,而矿渣∶粉煤灰对固化土无侧限抗压强度影响最小;固废基土壤固化剂的最优配合比为水泥掺量0.3%,矿渣∶脱硫石膏4∶1,矿渣∶粉煤灰3∶1;不同固废基土壤固化剂配合比和掺量下,固化土的无侧限抗压强度均随着延迟时间的延长而降低。最后,通过实际工程验证了该固废基土壤固化剂在施工延迟条件下的可行性。A solid waste based soil solidification agent was prepared by raw materials of slag,desulfurization gyp-sum,fly ash and cement.The mix ratio was optimized through orthogonal tests and controlled variable experiments.And the influence of delay time on the mechanical properties of solidified soil was studied.The results show that the cement content has the greatest impact on the unconfined compressive strength of solidified soil,followed by slag:desulfurization gypsum,while slagifly ash has the smallest impact;The optimal mix ratio is 0.3%cement content,4:1 of desulfurization gypsum for slag and 3:1 of fly ash for slag;Under different ratios and dosages of solid waste based soil solidification agents,the unconfined compressive strength of solidified soil decreases with the extension of delay time.Finally,the feasibility of the agent under delayed construction conditions was verified through practical engineering.
