摘  要:合成气压缩机振动波动,波动频率主要是77.5 Hz、0.42 X频,符合油膜涡动的特征,判断浮环故障是造成油膜涡动的主要原因,而轴承轴电流损伤使振动波动进一步加剧,结合浮环密封的结构原理和油膜涡动故障机理,采取针对性调整措施,有效改善了油膜涡动的发生。The vibration fluctuation of syngas compressor with the main frequency of 77.5 Hz and 0.42X is consistent with the characteristics of oil whirl.According to the judgement,the failure of floating ring is the main reason causing oil whirl,and the shaft current loss in the bearing makes the fluctuation severe.Studying the structure of floating ring seal and the failure mechanism of oil whirl,the pertinent measures were taken to effectively prevent the oil whirl from happening.
