摘　　要：针对二氧化碳压缩机汽轮机出现缸体变形、漏汽、漏油、效率下降等一系列问题,通过对二氧化碳压缩机驱动汽轮机本体及其附属部分进行国产化的更新改造,包括新增汽封冷却器和抽汽器、控制油过滤器和蓄能器;改造汽轮机台位内的润滑油及所有控制油管路等,消除了设备隐患,提高了汽轮机效率,降低了能耗。There appeared a lot of problems in the cylinder of steam turbine of CO2 compressor,such as cylinder deformation,steam leakage,oil leakage and efficiency decrease in the urea plant.The domestic reformation was carried out on the steam turbine body and its accessories,such as adding a new steam seal cooler and steam extractor,a new oil filter control system and energy accumulator;improving the lubricant oil and oil control loop in the steam turbine skid.The reformation eliminated the potential hazard of the equipment,enhanced the efficiency of the steam turbine and decreased the energy consumption.
