摘　　要：针对硝铵装置斗提机出现的振动、紧固螺栓磨损、链条脱落、漏料等问题进行了原因分析,并采取措施消除了这些设备缺陷,保证了该设备的安全、稳定运行,为装置的连续运行提供了条件。This paper analyzed the causes of failure happened on the bucket elevator in ammonium nitrate plant,such as vibration,fastening bolt abrasion,chain off,and material leakage.Some measures were taken to eliminate the equipment defect to ensure the safety and stable and continuous operation of the plant.
