摘　　要：N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)是生产锂电池正极材料中非常重要的辅助材料,是在锂电池正极材料配料阶段被普遍使用的溶剂。根据锂电池生产工艺,在锂电池正极材料涂布生产烘烤阶段,在循环热风的作用下,正极溶剂N-甲基吡咯烷酮在高温下会全部挥发。含有NMP的气相通过冷凝、水喷淋、转轮吸附浓缩等气相收集处理措施,形成含有NMP的有机液。通过对NMP在锂电池正极材料生产过程中的作用、产生方式、消耗点及提纯方法进行讨论,以期达到NMP有机液的就地提纯转化回用,可降低原料成本,实现锂电池生产企业的降本增效。N-methylpyrrolidone(NMP)is the important auxiliary material to produce lithium battery anode material,and is the common-used solvent for lithium anode material ingredient.During lithium battery anode material coating and drying stage,the anode solvent N-methylpyrrolidone will volatilize totally under high temperature of circulating hot air.Gas phase consisting of NMP will be collected and treated through condensing,water sprinkler,and rotating wheel adsorption concentration,forming NMP organic solution.Studying on the function,production mode,consumption and purification method during the production of NMP lithium battery anode material,it’s desired to purify and reuse the NMP organic liquid on site to reduce the material cost,and achieve the cost decreasing and benefit increasing for the enterprise.
