摘 要:以某化工装置中的废水醇醚回收单元为考察对象,通过热泵精馏技术对该工段进行节能优化设计。利用PRO II 9.4软件对流程进行模拟计算,并对热泵技术改进后的工艺进行节能性及经济性评估。结果表明:在不改变现有装置分离要求的前提下,热泵精馏工艺节能效果明显,能有效降低装置的能耗和碳排放量,年减排CO_(2)约7 020.64 t。该技术改进后预计投资回收周期约3 a,具有较好的经济效益及应用前景。This research aims at optimizing the energy-saving design of wastewater alcohol ether recovery unit by using heat pump distillation technology in a chemical plant.The process is simulated and calculated using PRO II 9.4 software to evaluate the energy-saving and economic performance of the improved heat pump technology.The results show that,without changing the existing equipment's separation requirements,the heat pump distillation process has a significant energy-saving effect,effectively reducing the equipment's energy consumption and carbon emissions by approximately 7020.64 t CO_(2)/a.Furthermore,the expected investment payback period after the improvement is about 3 years,indicating good economic benefits and application prospects.
