气体水合法处理高盐废水工艺技术的研究

摘　　要：高盐废水零排放处理工艺中废水浓缩、蒸发、结晶工段工艺流程复杂、设备多、投资大、能耗高。研究在充分利用项目所在地环境冷量、辅以冷却系统将预处理后的高盐废水降温到约0℃,在低温高压下利用液化气(主要组成为丙烷、丁烷)这样的小分子气体与高盐废水进行水合反应,生成似冰状气体水合物结晶,浓缩高盐废水使废水中的硫酸钠以十水硫酸钠结晶的形式析出,完成高盐废水零排放处理。对西北地区企业高盐废水的处理有一定的借鉴意义。In the high salinity waste water zero-emission treatment process,the waste water concentration,evaporation and crystallization units have very complex process flow,many equipment,large investment,and high energy consumption.Using the environmental cold energy on site,assisted by the cooling system to cool down the waste water to about 0℃,the liquefied gas(propane and butane as its main composition)as the micro-molecular gas reacts with high salinity waste under high pressure to get glacial gas hydrate crystal.Sodium sulfate in the concentrated high salinity waste water is precipitated out as sodium sulfate decahydrate,resulting in zero-emission treatment.This process has the guiding significance on high salinity waste water treatment in the enterprises in China north western area.
