摘 要:教风学风是学校治学精神、教师教学态度和学生求学氛围的综合体现,关系到学校整体办学水平提升,关系到教师综合职业道德塑造,关系到学生全面成长成才。在推进“四个回归”的教育新常态下,普通本科院校落实“学校怎么管、教师怎么教、学生怎么学”的具体实际,需要推进教风学风一体化建设,构建教风学风建设联动机制,创建优良育人环境、提高教师育人水平,培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。Teaching style and academic atmosphere are comprehensive reflections of the school's scholarly spirit,teachers'teaching attitudes,and the atmosphere of students'learning,which are closely related to the overall improvement of the school's educational level,the shaping of teachers'comprehensive professional ethics,and the comprehensive growth and development of students.In the process of advancing the"Four Returns"in the new normal of education,regular undergraduate institutions need to implement specific practices related to"how the school is managed,how teachers teach,and how students learn."It is necessary to promote the integrated construction of teaching style and academic atmosphere,establish a linkage mechanism for teaching style and academic atmosphere construction,create an excellent educational environment,enhance teachers'educational capabilities,and cultivate a new generation capable of undertaking the great task of national rejuvenation.
