摘 要:常用电解水制氢技术包括碱性电解水制氢、质子交换膜电解水制氢及固体氧化物电解水制氢3大类。SOEC(固体氧化物电解池)电解水制氢方法在电能消耗、制氢效率和能量利用率等方面相对其他2种电解水制氢方法具有一定的优势。基于固体氧化物电解池电解水制氢过程中的电化学、热力学和动力学理论,运用Aspen Plus软件建立了SOEC电解水制氢系统的热力学流程模型,与文献结果进行对比验证,分析电解反应温度、反应压力、阴极水蒸气的含量、阳极空气的流量和电流密度等因素对制氢系统电解电压和制氢效率的影响,并在多因素影响条件下进行寻优,得到最佳反应条件。研究内容对于进一步优化提升SOEC电解水制氢系统的制氢效率以及能量利用效率具有一定的指导意义。The common hydrogen production technologies include alkaline water electrolysis,proton exchange membrane water electrolysis and solid oxide electrolysis.The electricity consumption,hydrogen production efficiency and energy utilization of SOEC(solid oxide electrolysis cell)is superior to the other two methods.Based on the theory of electrochemistry,thermodynamics and kinetics in the process of SOEC hydrogen production,the Aspen Plus software was used to establish the thermodynamic process model of SOEC water electrolysis hydrogen production system.The results were compared and verified with the documents.The effects of electrolysis temperature,pressure,cathode vapor content,anode air flow rate and current density on electrolysis voltage and hydrogen production efficiency were analyzed,and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained optimization under the condition of multi-factors.The research result can help enhance the electrolysis efficiency and energy utilization efficiency of SOEC electrolysis water hydrogen production system.
